Product Details
The machine tool is controlled by Siemens CNC system, which has excellent performance and stability. Both the X-axis and Z-axis are driven by AC servo motors, ensuring high-precision motion control. The main drive is driven by a set of horizontal spindle servo motor, through the horizontal shaft mechanism variable speed transmission, to achieve the required turning speed range.
The connection between the main motor of the machine tool and the main transmission box is tight and stable, which ensures the smooth progress of the processing process. In addition, the middle of the spindle is equipped with an encoder to achieve constant wire speed cutting and further improve processing efficiency and quality. The whole machine is surrounded by a fully enclosed protective design to ensure safe operation and efficient production.
The guide surfaces of the machine tool are ground after quenching, and the quenching hardness reaches above HRC50 to ensure high strength and stability. The sliding surface of the feed guide adopts the soft belt of the imported guide rail, which not only improves the vibration resistance of the machine tool, but also enhances its wear resistance and prolongs the service life of the machine tool.
